Previous Ohio House Speaker Bill Batchelder dies at 79

Former Ohio Residence Speaker William Batchelder – known for his tales and humor, his unique eyeglasses and decades of assistance in the chamber – has died at 79.&#13

Batchelder was also a judge on the Medina County Court of Popular Pleas and the Ninth District Courtroom of Appeals.&#13
